Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 21-week assignment in Seattle, WA. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role requires a valid PT license, current BLS, and a willingness to travel. Preferred candidates hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and have PT experience; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid physical therapy license and current BLS certification.
• Preferred: Doctorate in physical therapy and PT experience.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control standards.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.
• Assist with discharge planning for community or home-based settings.
