Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Thief River Falls, MN. The role offers 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts, and opportunities across hospital, clinic, and rehabilitation settings to deliver patient-centered care.

You will assess and treat patients, develop individualized plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
