Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• DPT preferred; new grads welcome

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations; develop treatment goals
• Create personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to coordinate care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
