Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• Valid state PT licensure (or currently in a PT educational program).
• Must successfully pass a background check upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Aides.
• Evaluate patients and diagnose movement dysfunction.
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records.
