Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Charlotte, MI. You will evaluate patients, design rehab plans, and implement evidence‑based therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Active license and ability to work in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop rehab plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Implement therapy treatments and monitor progress to adjust plans.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes clearly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and prevention strategies.
• Maintain safe clinical environment and adhere to infection control.
