Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Harrisville, MI. Expect 40 hours per week, days shifts, and competitive pay with travel benefits.

The therapist will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, document outcomes, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure safe, effective care in hospital or rehabilitation settings.

Licensure in good standing and BLS are required; Doctorate is preferred and new graduates may apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety.
