Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and history to identify functional limitations and needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices as needed.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care and outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe environment following infection control and safety standards.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.
• Assist with discharge planning for community or home settings.
