Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Elizabethtown, KY. The role offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, starting ASAP, and opportunities to impact patient mobility and quality of life in diverse clinical settings.

You will join a dedicated clinical team, with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and support throughout the travel assignment. Licensure and BLS are required, with a Doctorate in PT preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply if qualified.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment need.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimize outcomes.
