Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Covington, GA. The role offers 40 hours per week in day shifts, starting ASAP, with travel-friendly pay and benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient mobility and quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold a valid Physical Therapy license and BLS certification, prefer a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and are open to travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
