Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lexington, KY. This role offers travel benefits, hospital/clinic settings, and the opportunity to improve patient mobility.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop evidence-based plans, and collaborate with physicians and nurses. A valid PT license and BLS are required; a Doctorate is preferred and new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs and treat using PT techniques.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to optimize care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safety measures.
