Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Bowling Green, KY. The position offers 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts, in a supportive clinical team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
