Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is recruiting a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Nashua, NH. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility and quality of life in hospital or clinic settings, with a supportive clinical team and travel-friendly benefits.

The ideal candidate holds a PT license, BLS, and strong clinical skills, with preference for a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and prior travel or hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• PT experience preferred, new grads welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and calibrate PT equipment safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to coordinate care.
