The ideal candidate holds a valid PT license, BLS, and is eager to provide evidence-based care, improve mobility, and help patients return home. Doctorate preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• Physical Therapy experience welcome; new grads considered.
• Other licenses or certifications may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations to determine treatment need.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to optimize care.
