Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Jacksonville, Alabama. This travel role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to gain diverse clinical experience across settings.

As part of our therapy team, you’ll evaluate and treat patients, design personalized rehab plans, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical staff. Start date is January 4, 2027, with a 40-hour work week and day shifts.

Formación

• Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• PT experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and patient history to identify impairments and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate specialized PT equipment and modalities, ensuring safety and maintenance.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and prevention strategies.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety guidelines.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.
• Assist in discharge planning for smooth transitions to home or community settings.
