Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Greensboro, Alabama. The role requires 40 hours per week with an ASAP start, offering a dynamic travel environment and opportunities to impact patient care in diverse settings.

You will assess and treat patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain thorough documentation while enjoying a robust benefits package and support from our clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment need.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
