Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Terre Haute, Indiana. The role requires a PT Doctorate or a PT Bachelor's with NPTE, a valid state license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals aligned to patient capacity.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
• Develops a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled therapy per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
