Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Kendallville, Indiana. Start date is 10/05/2026 with 40 hours per week, days shift.

The role requires a Physical Therapy Doctorate or PT degree with NPTE eligibility, active state PT license, and CPR certification. Benefits include housing options, healthcare coverage, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment plan with goals.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families.
• Develop a plan of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
