Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Franklin, Indiana. The role requires a PT license, NPTE, and CP R certification, with 40 hours per week and a standard 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and administer a treatment plan with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in therapy methods.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
