Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct patient care.

Requirements include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE, graduation from an accredited program, 1+ year experience, current PT licensure or in progress, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of licensure
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
