Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Charlottesville, Virginia. The position offers 40 hours per week and a day shift, with opportunities across hospital, clinic, and rehabilitation settings supported by a dedicated clinical team.

Required qualifications include a valid Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification. A Doctorate in PT is preferred, and new graduates are welcome to apply for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
