Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Henrico, VA. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized plans, and collaborating with a care team in a hospital or clinic setting.

The position requires a valid PT license, a current BLS, and offers competitive pay with comprehensive benefits and 40 hours per week at days shift. Travel experience is a plus, with support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control.
