Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lexington, Virginia. The role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, and a fast start date. You’ll evaluate, treat, and educate patients across hospitals and clinics while enjoying comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate holds a valid PT license in Virginia, current BLS, and may have a doctorate in physical therapy. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• PT experience welcomed, new grads encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations to guide treatment.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans and modalities.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
