Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Milford, New Hampshire. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and execute a plan of care for diverse populations in an acute care setting, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience preferred; 6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates.
• BLS certification and state-specific PT licensing required.
• Candidate must be able to stand/walk for long periods and handle physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care for diverse populations in acute care.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy support staff.
• Bill within the setting in compliance with facility guidelines.
• Coordinate with medical center staff and physicians to ensure team-based care.
• Document according to state and payer guidelines.
