Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and body mechanics to promote recovery.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment adhering to infection control and safety standards.
