TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Las Vegas, NM. The assignment is 13 weeks long, with 40 hours per week on a 10-hour evening shift. This Travel position requires BLS and relevant psychiatric nursing experience.

Qualifications

• BLS certification mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments with patients and families to gather history and complete health assessments.
• Observe and report behavioral changes; support patients in understanding treatment needs.
• Document patient information in charts and follow physician orders.
• Plan nursing care with diagnoses and treatment options for patients.
