Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support major projects across data centers, advanced technology, industrial, aviation, and complex commercial construction. This position offers exposure to large, technically challenging projects with a defined path toward Project Manager responsibility.

Ideal candidates are early-career construction professionals with strong communication and organizational skills, open to project travel/assignments, and preferably a degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• Early-career GC/construction experience preferred.
• Project Engineer, Field Engineer or Assistant PM backgrounds welcomed.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; open to travel.
• Data center experience not required; seeking candidates with solid construction fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with project execution and coordination.
• Track RFIs, submittals, procurement, changes, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field personnel.
• Support cost, schedule, quality, and closeout activities.
• Attend owner, design-team, and subcontractor meetings.
