Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support a growing project management team with travel to West Texas projects. This role offers exposure to data center, industrial, advanced technology, aviation, and commercial project types, ideal for early-career professionals.

Responsibilities include coordinating documentation, RFIs, submittals, and project tracking while assisting with procurement and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Early-career construction experience preferred
• GC/design-build/internship/Project Engineer/Field Engineer experience welcomed
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Open to project-related travel and assignments

Responsibilities

• Support PMs with project documentation and coordination
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting documentation, and project tracking
• Assist with procurement, subcontractor coordination, change management, and cost tracking
• Work closely with field leadership and trade partners
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and closeout activities
