Quantum Industrial Services in Mesa, AZ seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial mechanical construction projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and management to deliver on time, within budget, and safely.

Candidates should have 5+ years of PM experience, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore/MS Project/Primavera. This role combines office work with field site visits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in industrial mechanical construction.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of assigned projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams to maintain workflow.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites.
  • Monitor progress, performance, and financial metrics to ensure successful delivery.
  • Review and manage project contracts, change orders, and documentation.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, engineers, and executive leadership.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of industrial mechanical projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards. The Project Manager coordinates with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and executive management to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing projects in industrial mechanical construction.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Combination of office and field work on active construction sites.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and site visits required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and industrial work environments.
  • PPE required when on job sites.
  • Travel between projects and occasional overnight stays as needed.
