Job summary

Northern Clearing Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead field operations on multiple right-of-way clearing projects across the United States.

You will work directly with the Project Superintendent to ensure project milestones are met, establish and maintain a field construction office, and manage day-to-day administration. The role requires travel, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with standard office software.

Qualifications

• Office management experience is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Projects or Primavera is preferred.
• Professional Degree or Diploma is required.
• Proven interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with common software.
• Experience with Word and Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a field construction office.
• Track change orders and manage project-related contracts.
• Submit and track hours, timekeeping, inventory, and progress logs.
• Monitor equipment, fuel, and materials.
• Manage 811 / One Call ticket processes.
• Collect receipts from crew members and ensure compliance with client expectations.
