Job summary

Grand Circle Corporation, a leader in international travel for Americans 50+, seeks a Product Data Operations Analyst in Boston. Hybrid after 90 days. You will build, activate, and audit product data across systems to ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and reservations.

Responsibilities include executing changes, maintaining product hierarchies, and validating outputs with source documents. Strong Excel/SQL skills and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, complete work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow work through to closure.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to compare source documents with system results.
• Strong typing, data-entry, and general computer skills; experience working with databases or structured business systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including lookups, filters, formulas, and data validation.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to follow detailed written procedures.
• Independent judgment and ability to escalate appropriately; maintain cross-department relationships.
• Ability to learn complex product structures, pricing rules, system dependencies, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute product changes accurately and by deadlines.
• Create and maintain product master data, schedules, and related setup for open-to-sales readiness.
• Maintain and update pricing across multiple pricing plans and options.
• Validate work against approved sources and documentation.
• Perform audits across product, pricing, inventory, and reservations data.
• Investigate data issues and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Use Excel, SQL, and Python for bulk updates, exceptions, and validation.
• Document status, blockers, and evidence in trackers and communications channels.
