• Ability to learn complex product structures, pricing rules, system dependencies, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute product changes: complete assigned PCFs, reprices, rebuilds, calendar actions, corrections, and operational updates accurately.
• Build and activate products: create and maintain product hierarchy, master data, schedules, dates, extensions, and related setup for open-to-sales readiness.
• Maintain pricing: process approved updates to base, air, pricing variants, and discounts.
• Protect data quality: validate work against approved sources and grids.
• Audit results: perform product, pricing, inventory, gateway, and schedule audits.
• Troubleshoot issues: investigate data gaps and cross-system mismatches; identify root causes and coordinate resolution.
• Use data tools: work with Excel, queries, uploads, macros, SQL processes, Python and internal audit tools.
• Track and document work: maintain status, owners, dates, blockers, and evidence in trackers.
• Communicate and elevate: follow up on missing approvals and ensure dependencies have owners.
• Improve processes: test tools, update SOPs, and identify automation opportunities.
