Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to provide friendly customer service, operate POS, and support food preparation across Auntie Anne's, Burger King, Starbucks, Popeyes, and more. • Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and customers.
• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, temperature checks.
• Assist in kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
