Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in New Jersey is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, stock and clean work areas, handle payments, and prepare and serve a variety of food items for travelers. The role contributes to a welcoming plaza experience across our travel centers.

The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing interaction with the public.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system accurately and handle payments.
• Prepare and serve quality food items.
• Stock, clean, and maintain workstation and equipment.
• Follow brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Assist with general kitchen tasks (prepping, cooking, packaging).
• Cross-sell and up-sell products as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services in the plaza.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
