Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Amherst, OH is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly service, clean and stock facilities, and process payments at the POS for a busy travel plaza environment.

You will work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior cash handling and customer service are preferred; you will receive on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within a nationwide network of locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clean, stocked spaces.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve food items per brand guidelines.
• Assist in stocking, rotating inventory and maintaining safety standards.
• Cross-sell products and provide product knowledge to travelers.
• Follow schedules, policies, and procedures; work flexible shifts.
