Job summary

Applegreen in Ohio is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, handle transactions with accuracy, and assist in food preparation and service at our travel plaza. You will stock, clean, and manage process flow to ensure a great guest experience for travelers across day and night shifts.

Ideal candidates will be friendly, energetic, and able to operate a POS system, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with travelers.
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and temperature checks.
• Prepare and serve food items and perform kitchen-related tasks as needed.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to meet guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
