Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Ohio is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, thoroughly clean & stock, and handle payments while preparing and serving quality food for travelers. You’ll support in meeting customers’ needs across the plaza and be part of a dynamic team that values pace and performance.

This role requires flexible scheduling, standing for long periods, and ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS, process payments accurately, follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food, stock and clean.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and plaza services.
• Follow brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
