Applegreen USA is seeking a Dunkin' Shift Supervisor for the Lawn Travel Plaza on the PA Turnpike. Lead shift teams to deliver exceptional customer service, enforce brand standards, and manage cash handling per policy.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, POS operation, food safety compliance, and team training. Flexible schedule demands across days, nights, weekends, and holidays; strong communication with plaza leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and delivering customer service.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide consistently friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments per policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating and storage.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prep, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members and uphold brand standards.
