Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Sideling Hill Travel Plaza on the PA Turnpike is hiring a Dunkin' Shift Supervisor.

You will lead shift teams, ensure friendly customer service, manage cash handling, and help train new staff while upholding brand standards and food safety.

This full‑time on‑site position requires standing for extended periods, flexible days, nights, weekends and holidays, with access to benefits.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments per policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members and uphold brand standards.
