Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Dunkin' Team Member at Lawn Travel Plaza on the PA Turnpike to assist travelers with friendly service, operate the POS system, and maintain clean and stocked facilities.

This role includes food preparation, accurate payment processing, and a variety of duties to meet customer needs. A flexible schedule is required, with opportunities for benefits and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Assist in kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
