Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Ohio seeks a Retail Store Team Member at Erie Islands Travel Plaza. You will provide friendly service, handle transactions, stock and keep the store clean to meet travelers' needs.

This full-time role requires flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Full training, friendly team, and opportunities to grow with a company that values its people.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist travelers at the travel plaza.
• Operate the POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain food handling standards including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing and temperature checks.
• Handle kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
