The role involves handling payments, preparing and serving food, stocking, and providing friendly customer interactions to meet travelers’ needs. Flexible schedules and punishing hours may apply to accommodate peak travel times.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
