Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, stock and clean, and handle payments at the plaza. You’ll work across a busy retail and food-service environment, supporting travelers with a friendly, efficient experience.

Successful candidates demonstrate cash handling, the ability to follow safety and brand standards, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling familiarity desirable.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers at the plaza.
• Stock, stock-check, clean workstation and dining areas.
• Process payment transactions accurately at the POS.
• Prepare and serve quality food as directed.
• Follow brand standards and safety procedures.
• Assist with completing kitchen-related tasks as needed.
