Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Retail Store Team Member for a full-time position at Middle Ridge Travel Plaza. You will provide friendly service to travelers, operate the POS system, and ensure proper food handling and retail duties across a fast-paced travel plaza.

Responsibilities include cash handling, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining product knowledge while adhering to brand standards and safety policies.

• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to engage positively with travelers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ensure food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature.
• Complete kitchen-related tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, safety, and company policies.
