This role requires shared responsibilities across food prep and customer service within a fast-paced travel plaza. Ideal candidates will be comfortable standing for long periods, have cash handling experience, and enjoy flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve food items while following brand standards and safety rules.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products where appropriate.
