As a Travel Plaza Cashier at Onvo, you will be the front-line representative for our customers, ensuring a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience. You will handle transactions, maintain a clean and organized sales area, and provide excellent customer service in a busy travel plaza environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and process various payment methods accurately
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product location or information.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including stocking supplies and cleaning countertops.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining product displays as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and age-restricted sales (e.g., tobacco, alcohol).
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the travel plaza.

Job Qualifications
