Onvo is seeking a Travel Plaza Cashier responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and delivering courteous service at a Pennsylvania location. You will operate the POS system, handle cash, and assist customers with questions about products and services.

The role requires strong math and communication skills, a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods with occasional lifting. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, answering questions about products and services.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash registers, credit card terminals, and lottery machines, to process various payment methods.
• Accurately handle cash, process credit/debit card transactions, and provide correct change.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including stocking shelves and rotating merchandise as needed.
• Monitor fuel pumps, activate them for customers, and assist with any related inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to age-restricted sales (e.g., tobacco, alcohol, lottery).
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving deliveries, checking for damaged goods, and performing stock counts.
• Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
