Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Travel industry experience or tourism/hospitality experience preferred.
• Retail sales and cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert travel planning services, including trips, maps, and hotel packages.
• Promote and book travel store products, tickets, travel money, and memberships.
• Sell AAA memberships, auto renewals, and explain membership benefits.
• Make outbound calls to members to boost awareness and renewals.
• Assist members with navigating AAA.com and mobile apps and manage inventory/POS processes.
