GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN PICU in Richmond, Virginia. The assignment is 13 weeks long with a 36-hour week and a rotating 12-hour day/night schedule.

Qualified candidates will hold an active VA or Compact RN license, BLS and PALS, and have at least 3 years of PICU experience. Epic EMR experience is mandatory and experience with vents, telemetry, ICP monitoring, CVVH, chemotherapy administration is preferred.

• Epic EMR experience required (no exceptions)
• Skills: Vents, Telemetry, ICP monitoring, CVVH, Chemo administration; ECMO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patient care in a 20-bed Level 1 Pediatric Trauma & Burn Center.
• Float to other pediatric/unit areas as needed.
• Schedule includes every other weekend (12–13 shifts) and minimum 2 holidays.
• Work with 12-hour day and night shifts on a rotating schedule.

Job Title: Registered Nurse – PICU

Shift: 3x12s Days & Nights (Rotating shifts; schedule changes every few weeks, not within the same week)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks | 36 Hours/week

Key Requirements:

• License/Certs: Active VA or Compact RN License | BLS & PALS required.
• Experience: 3+ years of PICU experience (excluding orientation). Level 1 Trauma / Teaching Hospital experience preferred.
