Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant
Contract
Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (40 hrs/week)
$36-41/hr on W2
Mileage reimbursement provided (from first patient to last patient visit).
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This role is focused on delivering physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, following individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols, accurately documenting patient progress, communicating effectively with supervising PTs, patients, and caregivers, traveling between patient homes within assigned coverage areas, and ensuring compliance with all clinical and organizational standards.
