Job summary

Pride Health is hiring a PT Assistant - Home Health to support a client’s healthcare facility in Holland, OH. The role requires providing in-home therapy visits, assisting with prescribed treatment plans, and helping patients improve mobility under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The position is a travel/local contract, 13 weeks, with a pay rate of $41.00 per hour. Ohio PTA license and PTA program completion are required, with prior home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Ohio PTA license.
• Experience in home health and HCHB.

Responsibilities
